PURPOSE: To perform indexing on a core even when a coil winding machine of a shaft turning system is used by improving an indexing method and device for winding wires of cores. ;CONSTITUTION: An indexing plate 15 provided with notches 15a is fitted to a rotating shaft 13 provided on a core bearing 6 and a ball plunger 21 which is engaged with the notches 15 is provided.
