PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction, simplify formwork operation for connected portion, and reduce the cost of construction work by a method in which the construction of floor beams and the construction for only floor beam steel frames are made in parallel in a vertically inverted order at the interval of one floor. CONSTITUTION:In underground 2 - 3 floors where there is a room for stress and deformation of sheathing wall 1, after the construction of the wall 1 and structural straight columns 2, the primary excavation of the ground 3 and the construction of the first floor structure 4 are made, and the secondary excavation is made for construction of only the underground first floor beam steel frame 51. Then, the third excavation is made for construction of underground two floor beam steel frame 42, and the fourth excavation is made for construction by underground 3-floor beam steel frame 53 and underground first floor beam structure 42. Afterwards, the construction of floor beam structures and the construction of only floor beam steel frame are made in a vertically inverted order at the interval of one floor in the same procedure. The composite construction process can thus be shortened.
