PURPOSE:To make it possible to allocate the hole forming positions of connecting holes of an underground pipe by forming a symbol part for alignment with a reference part which is formed on the outer surface of a side drum on a strip-shaped body, and sticking a tape on which angle graduations on the surface of the side drum are displayed to the surface of the side drum. CONSTITUTION:A reference part 4 is formed on the outer surface of a side drum 1 at the opposite side of an opening part 3 to which an inlet pipe 2 is usually attached. Meanwhile, a key-hole-shaped symbol part 6 is provided at the central part of the strip-shaped body of an angle allocating tape 5. Numbers indicating the fact that the position of the symbol on the outer surface from the opening part 3 is 180 degrees are displayed on that position. Angle graduations 7 within the expanding range between 90 degrees and 270 degrees are displayed on the outer surface of the side drum on both sides from the position of the symbol part 6. The symbol part 6 of the tape 5 is aligned with the reference part 4 of the side drum 1 and stuck to the circumferential direction of the side drum 1. Then, the connecting angles of each underground pipe can be allocated on the surface of the side drum 1. The hole forming position of the connecting holes can be accurately allocated without obtaining the frame center O of the side drum 1.
