PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance strength of a consolidating column by installing interval holding members on first and second support members arranged in the middle of first and second rotary shafts, and arranging turning members having a length reaching remaining parts between first and second hole parts on the holding members. ;SOLUTION: First and second rotary shafts 24 and 26 are lowered by a driving mechanism 14 while rotating them in the mutually inverse direction, and the ground is excavated by first and second lower side excavating tools 32 and 38 and first and second upper side excavating tools 34 and 50, and first and second hole parts are continuously formed. Excavating earth and a soil stabilizer poured out of first and second pouring-out ports 28 and 30 of the first and the second rotary shafts 24 and 26, are mixed and agitated by first and second lower side agitating tools 38 and 54, first and second intermediate agitating tools 42 and 58 and first and second upper side agitating tools 46 and 62. One side and other side remaining parts are supported by interval holding members 80, and are excavated by being destroyed by one side and other side turning members 96 turned by pressure of excavating earth rotating according to rotation of the first and the second rotary shafts 24 and 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
