PURPOSE: To secure the safety of a residential space by securely disconnecting a multi-storied parking zone from the residential space at the time of a fire or an earthquake. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of floor spaces 31 vertically laminated are provided on a building body 2. Houses 32 are installed on the floor space 31 to position along the outer peripheral parts of the building body 2. A void space 6 is provided so as to vertically pierce a plurality of floor spaces 31. Corridors 7 are extended between the house 32 and the void space 6 and an internal wall 51 as a fireproof wall is erected between the corridor 7 and the house 32 and an external wall 55 as a fireproof wall is erected between the corridor 7 and the void space 6 and further, a multi-storied parking device 10 is installed in the void space 6. And fireproof multi-storied parking structures 40 are erected at the outer peripheral parts of the multi-storied parking device 10 so as to form a buffer space 29 between the parking structure and the external wall 55.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
