摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the carbide composite powder for powder plasma welding for the purpose of obtaining a built-up layer having uniform and excellent wear resistance. ;CONSTITUTION: This carbide composite powder for powder plasma welding includes, by weight %, 10 to 30%, in terms of a Ti carbide, (W, Ti) solid soln. carbrides or (W, Ti, Ta) solid soln. carbides having 1 to 10μm grain sizes of primary particles and one or ≥2 kinds of Ni or Co at 10 to 40% and is produced by granulating the mixture composed thereof to a spherical form and sintering the granules. The range of the product grain sizes is preferably in a 45 to 180μm range. Further, mixing of one or ≥2 kinds of Co-, Ni- and Fe-base materials at 10 to 90% into the mixture described above is possible as well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
