PURPOSE:To enable degreasing without developing any deformation and crack even under condition that a formed body is not embedded into non-active powder by constituting the binder of the specific ratio of copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate, etc., (atactic) PP, PS, PE and wax of paraffin, etc. CONSTITUTION:This binder for forming powder is composed of 10-40% ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and/or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, 10-40% PP and/or atactic PP, 10-40% PS and/or PE and 20-50% paraffin wax and/or carnauba wax. In the manufacturing method for a sintered product, in which metal powder or ceramic powder and the thermoplastic binder are mixed and formed and the formed body is degreased and sintered, by using the above binder as binder, the formed body can be degreased without developing the deformation and crack under condition that this is not embedded into the non-active powder.
