PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person who cannot read music to enjoy a lessen at a correct rhythm without getting tired by making it possible to grasp the feel over the entire part of music by listening to model playing and to make training according to explanations by each of respective parts while viewing the music score. ;SOLUTION: This teaching material consists of a paper keyboard 10 which carries the plane view of a keyboard together with tone names, such as do, re, mi, sheet music 20 which expresses the contents of the music score by using the tone means, such as do, re, mi, and finger symbols, etc., by disconnecting the same from notes in place of the notes, and a compact disk 30 as a recording and reproducing medium recorded with the model playing and the lessen contents. As a result, only the min. possible contents of syllable names, etc., are stated on the sheet music 20 and the deficient components ate recorded on the compact disk 30. A learner plays a piano while listening to the recorded contents of the compact disk 30 and viewing the sheet music 20.
