PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock the terminals of cords by fitting a window for storing a cord retaining piece near one external circumference of a flange which is fitted at both ends of a winding shell, and clamping and fixing the cords between the front end of a presser finger in the middle of the cord retaining piece and the internal surface of the external circumference of the flange. ;SOLUTION: In a reel for rewinding cords, a window 5 is formed near the external circumference of one flange 2A, and the window 5 stores a cord retaining piece 10. In other words, the code retaining piece 10 is fixed by passing a presser finger 11 and fixing fingers 12, 13 through the window 5 so as to make the front end of the presser finger 11 meet the internal surface of the flange 2A through the window 5 from the outside of the flange 2A, and then crimping a returning part 3. When its terminal part is fixed after the code is wound around a winding shell, the presser finger 11 is pressed, and the terminal part of the cord is inserted between the front end of the presser finger 11 and the internal surface of the external circumference of the flange 2A, 11 to release push-pressure of the presser finger 11, thus clamping and fixing the terminal part of the cord.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
