PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the cost of each material forming a fence device such as columns, bridge materials, nets, and vertical levers from increasing so as to reduce the total cost and give a specified effect. ;SOLUTION: Steel columns 1 installed erectly at a specified interval are buried by a specified length of its bottom end part 1' in a base concrete 2, and also multiple anchor bolts 3 passed fixedly through the specified length of the bottom end part 1' are buried in the base concrete 2. Also steel bridged materials 4 and 4 of L-shape steel bridged as upper and lower two stages across adjacent columns 1 and 1 set and arrange a vertical lever 6 made of round wood such as thinnings on the front side of them at a position higher than the upper end of each column 1.
