PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-layer structured yarn having excellent bulkiness, heat retaining properties and resistance to melting by abrasion composing of specific ratio of outer layer part comprising cotton fiber and inner layer part comprising synthetic fiber staple of hollow structure. CONSTITUTION:60-90wt.%, preferably 70-85wt.% cotton fiber and 10-40wt.%, preferably 15-30wt.% synthetic fiber staple (preferably staple of polyester-based fiber) having hollow structure (preferably 10-40% hollow fraction) are made to multi-layer structured slubbing yarn using flyer frame, etc., then subjecting to spinning frame to obtain a multi-layer structured yarn having 2.8-4.5, preferably 3.0-4.0 twisting coefficient and composed of outer layer part mainly comprising cotton fiber and inner layer part mainly comprising synthetic fiber staple.
