TU3 pointer shifting processing mode

PURPOSE: To easily execute an exchange processing to a TU-3 pointer by setting a positive or negative stuff generated at the AU pointer of an inputted STM-1/3 signal so that the value of the AU pointer can be '0' at all times. ;CONSTITUTION: The positive or genative stuff generated at the AU pointer of the inputted STM-1/3 signal is always set at '0' without generating the positive or negative AU pointer value and by exchanging the TU-3 pointer, data are not delayed. The positive or negative stuff generated at the AU pointer is replaced with a TU-3 level and outputted by STM-1/3. In this case, when a TU-3 signal is contained in an STM-1/3 signal and a J1 shown by the AU pointer floats into the STM-1/3, the position of the J1 of TU-3 is shown with the value of the J1 as '0' at the head of a decided absolute phase A1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
