SHIFT POSITION POINTER STRUCTURE OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH MANUAL MODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shift position pointer structure of an automatic transmission with a manual mode capable of positively and distinctly displaying a manual transmission mode and an automatic transmission mode by a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: The shift position pointer structure is provided with a shift operation position display part 13 displaying shift operation positions (P, R, N and D) in the shift operation direction of a shift lever 5 at the automatic transmission mode, and a plurality of transparent windows (14P, 14R, 14N and 14D) for the automatic transmission mode corresponding to the shift operation positions (P, R, N and D) of the shift operation position display part 13, and has a shift position display board 8 provided with a transparent window 15 for the manual shift mode. Besides, the shift position pointer structure is equipped with a display state switching means 19 which switches a state that a pointer 10e for the automatic transmission mode faces transparent windows (14P, 14R, 14N and 14D) for the automatic transmission mode by moving a pointer member 10 in the longitudinal direction when the shift lever 5 is movably operated in the intersectional direction with the shift operation direction, and a state that the pointer part 10f for the manual transmission mode faces the transparent window 15 for the manual transmission mode.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
