This paper introduces the concentrated components of mild acid hard liquid surface cleaner, including: (a) 0.5 to 40 parts of oximine detergent, preferably 1 to 25 parties; (b) 1 to 30 parts of Tetrachlorobenzene disinfectant, preferably 2 to 16 parties; (c) acid starter, Preferably 0.25 to 10 parties; and (d) an effective amount of an enhanced disinfectant ion, preferably 0.5 to 12 Parties; the pH of its components is between 3 and 7; if concentrated components are used, dilute to a ratio of 1:1 to 1:600 concentrate to water,Preferably 1:30 to 1:260 volume to provide non washable ingredients and disinfectants.
