Foldaway lockable barricade for protecting people and buildings against aggression from (other) people

A barricade consisting of elements 2.20 metres wide in the shape of a crosswise horizontal bar that has a piece shaped as an upright St. Andrew's cross in the middle and at both ends, each cross having two points on the ground. Each element can be fitted with barbed wire coils / concertinas on the front (the side facing the aggressors) and on the back they have green plastic-coated steel wire (the side facing the defenders).
