The invention relates to the electrohydrodynamic pumps and electrohydrodynamicl processes for pumping the liquids of small conductance, particularly, for petroleum, oils, emulsions and suspensions on base thereof and may be used in the petroleum, oil and fat, machine-building-, electro- and radio engineering industries.The process consists in the fact that precharging of the small conductance liquids is carried out in the low conductable liquid by an alternating voltage of 1,5×104 V with a partially cut positive half-cycle during 5-10 s, and the liquid pumping is carried out in the high frequency electric field constant according to the direction, variable according to the value.
