MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF THE SINGLY- OR DOUBLY-CURVED LAMINATED SHEET GLASS, PARTICULARLY FOR MOTOR VEHICLES

The procedure described in this patent is related to the production of the table which consists of the internal glass table, external glass table and of the intermediate layer made based on the plastic material. Squeegee enamel colour is used and this colour consists of a glass binder, of at least one ceramic pigment and silicon binder and this mixture is mixed with organic squeegee oil. This printed matter is coated by enamel colour to the assigned surface part of the table with the use of squeegee. This printed matter is being dried at the temperature enabling evaporation of oil. Both of the tables with the dried printed matter are placed on each other, they are heated to the temperature, at which the shaping is possible and they are bent in pairs according to single or double curvature, while the printed matter is fired simultaneously. The bent table pairs are being separated of each other, the plastic foil is inserted in between and the table pairs are placed on each other, after the above mentioned foil is removed, they are heated and connected, while the glass table with layers is created.
