GAS DETECTION METHOD FOR USING INFRARED OBSERVATION Fabry-Perot filters SOLID STATE. Consists of one common infrared source BROADBAND (1) gas cell (2), Optica (3) optical filter TYPE Fabry-Perot SOLID STATE (FFPES) (4) and integrated set of infrared detectors (ARRAY photodetector) (5). THIS SYSTEM GAS DETECTION INFRARED ABSORPTION BASED ON THE USE OF A FFPES APPLIED IN VERY SELECTIVE DETECTION OF GASES IN WHICH YOU SHOULD get a good signal to noise ratio.
