The invention relates specifically to a cellular line of hybridoma, called GQPC2.27, which produces an antibody IgM, abbreviated to PC2.27, which recognizes an antigen located in the cellular cytoskeleton, having an apparent molecular weight of 56 KDa (rat) and 51 KDa (human). The hybridoma was obtained from the fusion of cells extracted from the arm of immunized Wistar rats with myeloma cells of the line P3X63-Ag8653. The rats were immunized with rat epidermis whole cells transformed in vitro by the carcinogen dimethylbenzanthracene (cellular line PDV).
