Height adjustment device in a pilgrim roll working machine

A height adjustment mechanism in a roll dressing machine for rolling stands, rests on four driven eccentrics adjustable in the vertical plane on both sides below the stand on datum faces provided on the stand frames. Each pair of eccentrics (2) on opposite sides of the stand is mounted on common parallel shafts (4) which extend on one side, each engaging a part (7c) for synchronous rotation of the height adjusting eccentrics (2) using a common, horizontally movable, adjusting member (8).
