Lubricant dispenser for rotary machine, specially for rotary hollow shaft

The dispenser comprises a container (2) which is fixed to a rotary component (1), contains a piston (3) and has a closure piece (4) with at least one dispenser opening (5). The drive mechanism (6) moving the piston has an electric circuit (8) with a centrifugal switch arrangement (11) which closes the circuit as the component being lubricated rotates, thereby setting the drive mechanism in motion. When the component is stationary the switch opens the circuit and shuts off the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism consists of a gas generator, and the circuit an electrochemical gas generating cell (9).
