To improve the reacting activation and selection as well as to continue the stability long last, this composition is provided as this. As a carrier, gamma alumina is employed, and the white gold, tin are used each in ratio of 0.1-2wt%, 0.1-1wt%, while alkali metal is composed in 0.02-0.2 ratio of aluminum of gamma alumina to metal element, further zirconium or tungsten is in ratio of 1-50wt% of white gold immersion amount, whereas the chlorine, 1-4wt% is included to produce the catalyst composition.
