In the soliton transmission using nonlinearity and dispersion phenomenon of optical fiber, the maximum transmission distance is limited by the Gordon-Haus effect due to the ASE noise accumulation of the optical amplifier. The frequency shift induction filter not only effectively reduces this Gordon-Haus effect, but also greatly reduces the interaction of the soliton and can be manufactured as a passive element. In order to solve the disadvantage of the conventional frequency movement induction filter, which requires setting a different resonance frequency for each filter, the frequency shift induction filter according to the present invention always has a resonance frequency of the filter at a position shifted by a predetermined amount from the input soliton frequency So that it is possible to replace filters having different resonance frequencies in one design.
