The present invention relates to a method for removing carbon monoxide at low temperature using a low pressure differential catalytic reactor and a catalyst used therein, wherein an activated carbon is impregnated with an appropriate amount of PdCl 2 , CuCl 2 and Cu (NO 3 ) 2 and coated on a honeycomb. There is provided a method for preparing a low pressure differential reactor and then oxidizing carbon monoxide on a catalyst to convert it to carbon dioxide for removal.;The catalyst according to the present invention is not deactivated even in the presence of water, and the catalyst is coated on honeycomb and used as a reactor, and an efficient carbon monoxide conversion can be obtained even at a low temperature, and thus the process operation cost is very economical.
