The present invention discloses a phosphor composition for a cathode ray tube, a method for producing a phosphor for a cathode ray tube using the same, and a phosphor for a cathode ray tube manufactured according to the method. The phosphor composition includes a phosphor, a binder, and a solvent, wherein the binder is cyclized rubber. According to the present invention, the adhesion to the cathode ray tube panel is improved, thereby obtaining a fluorescent film having excellent packing ratio. Therefore, by using such a fluorescent film it is possible to manufacture a cathode ray tube with no color mixing and improved luminance.
