COURSE MEMORY METHOD AND APPARATUS IN A WASHING MACHINE

A memory device and method for a washing process in which the user operates it by storing data and a password in an EEPROM. The device comprises a key input panel (1); a microprocessor (2); a power supply (5); a load driving unit with a drive (3a), an array resistor (3b), and condensers (C1-C5); a display (4); a clock generator (8); a resetting unit (9); an interrupting unit (6); a buzzer (7); and an EEPROM (10). The method consists of pushing the data storage key (K1); pushing additional data in the key input panel (1); pushing the data storage key (K1) again; the stored data being inputted to the input terminal (P23); pressing the password key (K3); and setting the washing and spinning time. The device enables operation by single keying, prevents breakdown and damage due to children's use; and efficiently washes owing to the microprocessor.
