The multiplex substrate delivering apparatus is comprised of a rotator(13) performing a rotational motion which is formed in the center of the apparatus, a supporting plate having a guide means(12) guiding movement direction for the substrate delivery on the surface of the apparatus, one side end of the apparatus being fixed in the rotator(13), the substrate being placed on the other side end of it, and a plurality of substrate deliver arms comprising a guide holding means(5) which is combined with the guide means(12) to deliver the substrate.
