The present invention relates to the preparation of an immobilized enzyme using a cell wall-attached polysaccharide produced by Juglia (Invention Application No. 93-25571) filed on November 25, 1993, and a beading method of the enzyme. The purpose of beading immobilized enzyme and immobilized enzyme is to reduce the costly process by making it easy to separate the enzyme from the reaction tank, to mass produce by continuously producing the product, and to shorten the reaction time because the heat resistance is strong.
