The present invention relates to a side seal reinforcement structure which minimizes the inflow of the vehicle during a side impact of a vehicle, and is arranged across the impact panel on the front side of the outer panel of the side seal, which is provided by the beam bracket on the reinforcement panel and the beam support plate on the side member. By fixing at the same time, to provide a side seal reinforcement structure of the vehicle reinforcing the lateral rigidity of the lower end of the vehicle body in case of a vehicle side collision.
