The present invention relates to a seedling extracting device installed in an automatic plug seedling dispenser. Especially, a seedling extracting device for inserting a group of tray seedlings into a transplanting bucket before transplanting work is applied to a push rod that is calibrated by a crankshaft. The tray is automatically moved to simplify the extraction of seedlings. In particular, the tray transfer part, the tray mounting part, and the tray lowering part make the whole process automatic and have two kinds of trays.
