The present invention is a technique for culturing microorganisms using a circulating pressure of 100 psia or more. Generally, microbial culture by pressure suppresses the growth of microorganisms, but if the flow rate and temperature of air are controlled, it is possible to experimentally maintain microbial growth. The effect of this pressure is that it can significantly increase the amount of compounds that can be synthesized in the microorganism than the microorganisms cultured at the conventional atmospheric pressure. In fact, using Tricoderma reesei, the amount of protein synthesis in cellulose degradation increased by more than 40% at 14.7 psia, 1,200 psia at 28C, and 37C.;The reason for using the circulation pressure (pressure swing) in the present invention is that the microbial synthesis amount is increased to some extent under a certain pressure but the microbial growth can not be sustained. Therefore, the pressure is set at 14.7 psia for a certain period of time To increase microbial growth for a period of time. Then, the temperature and the pressure are applied again under appropriate conditions in which the amount of the microorganism to be synthesized is increased. In this way, we have devised a bioreaction process method in which, by repeating the method of increasing and decreasing the pressure in a circulation manner, a biomass synthesis amount that is unexpectedly expected in a batch reactor is generated.
