摘要

The report introduces a method and a computation program for searching optimal profiles of control variables (temperature, pH, etc.) maximizing product concentration in batch culture. The method is based on Bellman's dynamic programming concepts and on the assumption that process behavior can be predetermined by a mathematical model of particular generalized structure. Optimization problem solving using the method does not require identification of a mathematical model and realization of numerical optimization procedure as is needed when using a conventional way for problem solving. A computation program written in FORTRAN 77 standard language and examples of practical problems solving are included.
