FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in a method of manufacturing products, laying into female die is performed in two steps. Laying steps are alternated with preliminary and final compaction ones. In the first step, female die is filled for 2-6 sec, under action of oscillation pulses of mobile frame of molding installation, with semidry building mix of principal layer which, in preliminary compaction step, is affected by compacting pulses of male die with specific pressure 120-250 g/sq.cm. The latter operation lasts 3-8 s to attain density 1.1 to 1.2 times exceeding original density of the mix of principal layer. In the second step, female die is supplemented with building mix of face layer and, for further 15-25 s, final compaction is performed by simultaneous effect of power oscillation pulses of mobile frame and pressing of male die with specific pressure 110 to 400 g/sq.cm until final density of manufactured product is achieved 1.2 to 1.4 times exceeding that of original semidry building mix.
