摘要

FIELD: mine hoisting plants; automatic control systems of hoists for automatic stop of hoisting machine. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of actual deceleration of loaded hoisting vessel through differentiating rate of its motion and comparison with preset permissible deceleration of loaded vessel. According to positive difference thus obtained, action of electropneumatic safety brake is reduced. Device for realization of this method is additionally provided with loaded vessel deceleration setter, inverter, amplifier, electropneumatic pressure regulator and switch with fixed contacts and movable armature which is connected with input of information processing unit for synchronous change-over with reverse gear of hoisting machine for hoisting the loaded vessel in such way that information processing unit is connected to acoustic vibration source receiver at all times. Acoustic vibration receiver is located in zone of haulage rope carrying the loaded hoisting vessel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
