METHOD FOR PRECLINICAL DIAGNOSIS OF ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME ON BASIS OF THROMBOELASTOGRAPHIC STUDY RESULTS OF WOMEN WITH USUAL GYNECOLOGICAL HISTORY
FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: numeral values of the following thromboelastogram parameters are measured: $$$, where $$$ is thromboelastographic constant of thrombin contained in thrombocyte-rich plasma; $$$ is plasma recalcification time when extent of fibronolysis is evaluated under conditions of artificial blockade with epsilon-aminocaproic acid; $$$ is thrombodynamic potential index when extent of fibrinolysis is evaluated under conditions of artificial blockade with epsilon-aminocaproic acid. If total sum of products of these parameters multiplied by coefficients equal to, respectively, -0.059, +0.056, -0.039, and by constant equals to -0.910, is more than +1.1, it is possible to state presence of antophospholipid syndrome with probability rate 82% and with authenticity degree p = 0.02. If the same total sum value is less then -0.2, absence of disease is stated with the same probability rate and authenticity degree. If the same total sum value is less than +1.1 but more than -0.2, patient must be included into rink-exposed group. EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy.
