FIELD: medicine, jaw-facial surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with separating orbital mouth muscle fibers from periosteum of alveolar process, setting them into correct position, replacing tissue defects at the base of nasal septum with the help of a full-layer fragment from the opposite fragment, closing at vestibular surface of alveolar process with a fragment upon nutritive stem cut during renewal of lip's defect edge. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain no wound surfaces in area of mouth vestibul, to exclude conditions for scars in this area which enables to exclude disorders in maxillary growth, to decrease terms of rehabilitation in children with non-fusion of the upper lip by 1 year in average, to decrease expenses of doctors' labour at orthodontic treatment by 31%, to decrease losses of parents' working time by 42 person-day. 6 dwg
