SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium is based on Murashige-Skuda formulation (1962), but additionally contains, as growth stimulator, Rhodiola plant extract in the amount of 10-30 drops per 1 l of nutrient medium. Components composition and growth stimulator concentration makes it possible to considerably reduce time for growing full-value regenerants from meristems.
