METHOD FOR REPAIRING DAMAGED FEMORAL CONDYLE AND ITS GROWTH ZONE

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing L-shaped metadiaphysis osteotomy and bringing down bone fragment by means of distraction osteosynthesis until injured condyle is substituted and axle is repaired. Cicatricial tissues are removed in the vicinity of injured femoral condyle. Distal metaepiphysis of the femur is brought down together with feeding vascular limb. Articulation surface of the damaged condyle is repaired. Defect arisen after bringing down bone fragment is substituted with free bone graft having germinative zone with microvascular anastomosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented cases of recidivation. 3 dwg
