SUPPORTING INSERT FOR RECOVERING VERTICAL COMPENSATING CAPACITY OF NUCLEAR REACTOR GRAPHITE STACKING AND TOOL FOR ITS INSTALLATION

FIELD: nuclear reactor maintenance procedures. SUBSTANCE: supporting insert has four segment members with mating side surfaces. Segments form spider with central bore. Tool for insert installation is, essentially, vertical rod mounting on its top end rod vertical displacement and rotation control elements kinematically coupled with actuating head. Bottom end of rod has extension cleat carrying guide that holds inside it transmitting unit of extension monitor. Actuating head is placed in central part of cleat and is made in the form of carrying spindle for radial and angular displacement drive of supporting insert segment members. EFFECT: provision for recovering serviceability of expansion device in process channel path thereby increasing service life of reactor. 2 cl, 15 dwg
