SUBSTANCE: structures of equinovarus deformity of the foot are straightened, defect of anterior part is eliminated and simultaneously sole aponeurosis and delta-like ligament are stretched, and anterior part of ankle bone is set. Plaster bandage is applied for 1 month and then tutor with cylinder of shank and foot of thermoplastic material is applied on ankle-joint to keep ankle bone in ankle-joint fork for 6-8 months. Eventually, orthopedic apparatus with ankle-joint hinge is administered for 1 year. EFFECT: restructured congruence of ankle bone and ankle-joint fork.
