SUBSTANCE: genome DNA fragments from human fetal liver and the corresponding fragments to DNA providing high expression levels of erythropoietin are cloned in mammalian cells. Cell line CHO - a producer of recombinant erythropoietin (CHO EPO Cla 44.02-7) is obtained. As a result of expression of the cloned DNA fragments in mammalian cells O-glycosylated human erythropoietin is obtained at specific activity 200 000 U/mg, not less, and pharmaceutical composition using the indicated recombinant erythropoietin as an active component.
