An apparatus for point control of automated information management system, comprising a sensor, a memory unit, the output of which through the input-output unit is connected to a communication line, and a timer, the first and second outputs of which are connected respectively to the control inputs of the storage unit and an input-output unit, wherein in that it further comprises a measuring unit, a control operation sensor data inputs are connected to sensors and measuring mode setting unit, the output of which is connected with the first control input th measuring unit, the second control input of which is connected to the third output of the timer, a fourth output is connected to the control input of the control operation of sensors, wherein the outputs of the measuring unit and sensor operation control unit connected to the respective memory unit inputs and an additional output of input-output block connected to the control input of the measuring mode setting unit.
