FIELD: SCINTILLATION DETECTORS. SUBSTANCE: in a method of manufacturing detectors including growing monocrystal, its treatment and containerization, the latter operation is preceded by heating treated monocrystals to 60-80 C with heating rate 1-2 deg/min and performing isothermic annealing for 3-5 h followed by cooling to room temperature with cooling rate 1-2 deg/min. EFFECT: improved scintillation characteristics.
