Process and assembly flush e.g. composite mixer with defined quantity of one raw ingredient

In a process to clean a mixer assembly (21), a continual supply of two pourable/liquid components (2, 2') are brought together in a given ratio to form a reactive mixture of required strength. After the mixing and discharge, the reactive mass remaining in the mixer (21) is rinsed out by a quantity of the first component (2). The amount of the first component (2) introduced for rinsing is registered. The novelty is that: (a) after a convenient period, a quantity of the second component (2') is flushed through the mixer (21) into the reactive mass previously discharged; (b) the dose of the second flushed component (2') is governed by the first component quantity (2) previously registered; (c) alternatively, quantities of the first and second components (2, 2') governed by the starting quantities are flushed through the mixer assembly (21) into the previously discharged first reactive mixture; (d) the quantity of the first component (2) is smaller than the quantity determined by the mixing ratio. Also claimed is a suitable assembly.
