Glass ceramic panel for gas-burning cooker

The panel has a cooking surface and at least one cooking zone which comprises an open atmospheric gas burner (5) and a display device assigned to it which indicates qualitatively the temperature of the zone. The display is controlled by a measuring signal of one or more microswitches used as temperature sensors and processed by a suitable evaluation circuit. The sensors are mounted near the burner head and connected with this head directly or indirectly in heat conducting fashion. The microswitches have a ceramic housing, a thermal contact plate and a bimetallic switch.
