The housing part (12) has an electrically operated sound and speech storage unit, such as an integrated circuit chip, with an associated part for reproducing the sound and or speech. This is switched on by means of a trigger arrangement (14). A battery or solar cell supplies the electrical power. The storage and reproduction parts with the power supply unit are incorporated in a compartment (13) of the housing. The trigger is activated by the control belonging to the advertisement holder (10,11,12).
