The invention relates to a implant delivery device in the treatment of trochanter and subtrochanter fractures, comprising a head for connecting a femur nail and a delivery arm (10) fixed laterally on the head, which extends almost parallel to the femur nail and has at least two diagonal delivery passages (12, 13) oriented towards the proximal diagonal passages of the femur nail for a femoral neck blade or the like and at least two diagonal target borings oriented towards the distal diagonal borings of the femur nail to accommodate an impact and/or a boring bushing. The diagonal delivery passages (12, 13) form different angles with the delivery arm axis (11). The longitudinal axes of the diagonal delivery passages (12, 13) cut i.a. the longitudinal axes of the longitudinal axes of the diagonal delivery borings (21, 22). The delivery arm (10) and the head for connecting the femur nail are detachably interconnected. The diagonal delivery borings (21, 22) form part of a disc-shaped implantable member (implant plate 20), which is placed and fixed within a corresponding passage (19) in the delivery arm (10).
