The multi-function track (2) is three-dimensionally proportioned in the lengthways direction and contains at least two storey levels (I,II), and is composed of two parallel track lanes (4) differing in three-dimensional proportions. The multi-function area (1) encloses several usable surfaces (3), of which one rectangular surface (3) lies in the centre of the area (1) split into two subareas divided by partition walls. These two subareas consist of electronically controlled sensor surfaces to position goal and target areas for ball sports. There are several segmented playing surfaces between area (3) and track (2) and one of the subareas is split into further partial areas. An oval playing surface adjoining the track takes up part of the general area (1) but leaving an area strip between this oval area and the remaining parts of the track. The track itself should be oval in shape and the complex is roofed overall. A climbing area (8) over one of the levels is fronted by an entry part (8) lying one side of the general track.
