Production of silicone rubber moulds used for widely ranging materials including metals

Fluid silicone rubber is cast around the model or pattern. The novelty is use of silicone rubber granules having chemically-activated surfaces, to first embed the model. The interspaces are then filled out with liquid silicone rubber and following polymerisation, the mould is cut open to extract the model.
