An arrangement for the vibration damping of an electric motor (1), especially a ventilator motor (1) in a ventilation housing (2), comprises a non-rotating motor carrier element (6) connected to a carrier (14) via a one-piece elastic element (12). The elastic element consists of three sections which are arranged axially one behind the other. The sections consist of a non-rotating carrier section (14), a non-rotating motor connection (18) and an elastically deformable intermediate section (20). The elastic element pref. consists of an elastomer with a Shore hardness of 50-60, especially EPDM.
